How can I help?

Therapy can feel extremely vulnerable. It can also feel really enlightening and freeing. I am not here to judge you, analyse you or make assumptions about you - I am here to listen, support you and walk alongside you as we make sense of whatever you are going through together.

I have experience working with a wide-range of issues, including (but not limited to):

  • Addiction

  • Anxiety

  • Anger management

  • Cancer and serious illness

  • Child loss and separation

  • Criminal justice and rehabilitation

  • Domestic abuse

  • Family dynamics

  • Grief and bereavement

  • Low self-esteem

  • Stress

  • Relationship issues

  • Trauma

  • Work-related stress

I am integrative counsellor which means I draw upon different theories to inform my work, depending on your needs as a client. Therapeutic approaches that I use include person-centred, attachment, psychodynamic, transactional analysis and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
