Fees and availability
Free consultation
The relationship is key to therapy. It can feel vulnerable, so it is really important that you find a therapist that you feel comfortable with.
With this in mind, I offer a free 20-minute obligation-free consultation to give you the chance to ask any questions you may have and get a feel for whether you would like to work with me. I do these via Google Meet which is free to use.
To arrange a consultation, please complete the contact form and I will get in touch.
