The relationship is key to therapy. It can feel vulnerable and daunting, so it is really important that you find a therapist that you feel comfortable with.
With this in mind, I offer a free 20-minute obligation-free consultation to give you the chance to ask any questions you may have and get a feel for whether you would like to work with me. I do these via Google Meet which is free to use.

My current hours of practice are:
Mon: 2pm-8pm (last appt 7pm)
Thurs: 2pm-8pm (last appt 7pm)
Fri: 10am-4pm (last appt 3pm)
